Unio started with a simple question: why do schools track marks but never track understanding? We built a platform that changes that.
Our Story
From a research question to a working platform
Unio began in a psychometrics research lab, not a startup incubator. We studied how students actually learn, built assessments that diagnose rather than rank, and tested career predictions against real outcomes. The pattern was clear: schools had plenty of data but almost no insight into what students actually understood.
So we built a platform that tags every question to specific concepts, tracks mastery over time, and uses psychometric models to predict career fit. Science first, then technology. Not the other way around.
